About us - Buzzchat

Who we are

Buzzchat is a product of Hola Money Sociedad Limitada, a company based in Vélez-Rubio, Almería, in the south of Spain. We're a small team that builds online-first, no-nonsense tools - software that does an unglamorous job, does it well, and gets out of the way.

We're also the people behind Buzzmark, our transactional-email platform, Hola Gestoría, a digital gestoría helping expats handle Spanish paperwork in their own language, and hola.finance, our invoicing product. Buzzchat is the newest member of that family.

Why we built it

Running products means answering customers - in chat, by email, on WhatsApp, and increasingly face to face. The tools we tried were either bloated, priced per seat until support became a cost centre, or quietly shipped our customers' conversations across the Atlantic. We wanted one calm inbox: every channel, video calling built in, priced per workspace, run from the EU. We couldn't find it, so we built it - and then opened it up. Buzzchat shares Buzzmark's stack and its values; email tickets are even delivered by Buzzmark itself.

What we believe

Sovereignty by default. Your data is stored and processed in the EU, by a Spanish company. It shouldn't cost extra or take a sales call.
Honesty over hype. Clear caps, clear pricing, honest copy. We won't claim certifications we don't hold.
The whole team in the room. Per-workspace pricing means inviting a teammate is a click, not a procurement decision.
Built to last, not to flip. We're a small, independent, profitable studio - here for the long haul, not the next funding round.

Here to stay

Choosing a support platform means trusting it with your customer relationships, so it's fair to ask whether we'll still be here in five years. We will. Hola Money S.L. is profitable and self-funded - no venture clock, no growth-at-all-costs targets, no acquisition exit we're building towards. Our products pay for themselves and for us.

Stable by design. We run a portfolio of established products - Buzzmark, Hola Gestoría, hola.finance and Buzzchat - so no single bet decides our future.
In-house, end to end. Buzzchat is designed, built and operated by our own developers. No agencies, no outsourced support, no codebase nobody owns - the people answering your tickets are the people who wrote the code.
Boring finances, deliberate pace. We grow from revenue, keep costs sane, and ship steadily - see the changelog for the receipts and the roadmap for what's next.
An exit plan for you, not us. Your data is never locked in: full workspace export is built into the product, any day you want it.
